Email us
One address for everything. Put one of these in the subject line and it reaches the right place faster:
- Support — something is broken, or you cannot get a feature to work. Include your account email and what you were doing when it failed.
- Billing or Refund — charges, plan changes and refunds. See the refund terms.
- Privacy — access, correction, deletion or portability of your data. See the rights section.
- Listing — a job on the board is wrong, expired, or is yours and you want it removed. Include the listing URL; see below.
- Security — a vulnerability report. Please give us a reasonable window to fix it before disclosing.
- Press — media and partnership enquiries.
We reply to most email within 1 business day, and complete formal data and privacy requests within 30 days.
Employers: corrections and removals
If a role of yours appears on our Visa Sponsorship Jobs board and something is wrong, email us with the subject “Listing” and the URL. We will act on it.
- Remove a listing. We will take it down, usually the same working day. Listings also expire automatically once they disappear from your own careers feed.
- Correct a sponsorship label. If we have matched you to a government register in error, tell us and we will remove the badge and fix the matching rule that caused it.
- Stop indexing entirely. Tell us your careers-page domain and we will exclude it from future runs.
We index only employers’ own public job feeds, we link applications to your site rather than collecting them, and we never present your advert as saying something it does not say.
Reporting a bad result
If the tailoring produced something wrong — an invented employer, a mangled date, a claim you never made, a score that makes no sense against the job description — we want to see it. Automated rewriting fails in patterns, and one reported example usually fixes it for everybody.
Send it with the subject “Support” and include:
- The job title and, if you can, the job description you pasted in.
- The line the tool produced, and what it should have said.
- The template you were exporting to, if the problem is layout rather than wording.
You do not need to send the whole CV, and please redact anything you would rather not share — the failing line and its surrounding section is almost always enough. We treat anything you send under the Privacy Policy and delete it once the issue is closed.
Always read what the tool produces before you send it to an employer. It is a drafting aid, and the document goes out under your name.
What we cannot help with
So you do not lose time waiting for a reply we cannot give:
- Visa and immigration advice. We are not advisers and cannot assess your eligibility. Use the official government source for your destination.
- The status of an application you sent an employer. Applications are submitted on the employer’s own site — we never see them and have no way to check.
- Asking an employer to sponsor you. We have no relationship with the employers listed and cannot introduce you.
For how we handle what you send us, see the Privacy Policy. For the agreement covering use of the site, see the Terms of Service. More about the project on the About page.
